About Me

blue j photography: Conway, South Carolina, United States; Photography, for me, started as a form of art and an attempt to see something meaningful in the everyday events, places, and people I encountered. It was this desire that motivated me to complete a Bachelors of Arts degree in Photography from the College of Charleston of South Carolina. In the course of finding God's will for my occupation as a counselor I have never lost the feeling of being spellbound when looking at a photograph that tells a story. While I am currently a full-time mom and part-time counselor, I continue to pursue my love for capturing images as an art form. I desire to honor the Lord in all I do and hope to illuminate the individual beauty and personality of those I am privileged to photograph.
